Job Description:
Fox-1’s client, a large residential appraisal business with multiple locations throughout the United States, is growing and looking to fill a customer service/processing analyst position in its Little Canada office. Processing analysts (customer service representatives) are responsible for the timely and accurate scheduling of all appraisal orders within 24 hours of their receipt. Proper placement is ensured by analysis of the appraisers available and selection of one that meets the company standard turnaround time, profitability requirements, and quality standards. Complete and concise documentation, as well as clear communication to all parties, is required on all files. This position also requires problem solving skills if there is a lack of coverage or property is difficult in nature.
• The team member will be in the operations department that schedules appraisal placement and does follow-up with appraisers or other parties. Will be placing outbound calls to vendors and on the phone heavily. Coordinate appraisal activity, provide customer assistance, and act as a liaison between the lender and network appraiser
• Provide exemplary customer service in fulfilling customer inquiries as to servicing points, complexities of the market, and delay issues affecting overall delivery of the appraisal report. Facilitate responsive and proactive communication throughout the appraisal process. Place outbound calls / e-mails to appraisers to offer them the appraisal and then manage the follow up to ensure completion within timeframe needed.
• 90-day contract to hire, if all goes well.

Job Description:
• Administrative, data entry, and customer service duties related to management of residential appraiser information. Attention to detail and problem solving skills are a must. The candidate will need to have good communication and written skills and be customer service driven.
-At least 6 months of customer service-related job experience required.
-Proficient MS Office skills.
-Must be able to navigate a computerized order processing system or other relevant applications.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
-Ability to adhere to established production metrics and turn-around times.
-Ability to apply common sense, understanding and problem solving strategies to provide best-in-class servicing
To qualify for this job, you must be able to type at least 35 wpm, successfully pass a criminal/DMV background check, drug test, and have a valid driver’s license. There must be no dishonesty, theft, drug, violence-related, or similar misdemeanor or felony on your criminal record. Must have high school diploma or GED. Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently is a must. Bilingual skills are a plus. Prefer previous mortgage processing, origination, real estate, title, post closing, or appraisal experience. Successful candidates will possess proficient computer skills in Window-based software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel and be able to talk and type simultaneously.
